Can I cancel?+
Yes. Cancelling at least 12 hours ahead is free. Under 12 hours, call us and we will sort it out.
Do you drive outside Bucharest?+
We drive anywhere in Romania and abroad. Long routes are priced by distance and by day.
Do you invoice companies?+
Yes, with an invoice and, for regular clients, one monthly statement. Send your company details to office@thedriver.ro.
Does the driver speak English?+
Yes. For guests from abroad we send an English speaking driver and tell him in advance which name to hold at arrivals.
