What does an Otopeni transfer cost?+
It depends on the address, the hour and the car, so the price is quoted per route rather than from a list. You get it in writing before you confirm, and it does not change.
What if my flight is three hours late?+
We track the flight by its number and move the pick-up time. Airport waiting is included, never billed separately.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Cancelling at least 12 hours ahead is free. Under 12 hours, call us and we will sort it out.
Does the driver speak English?+
Yes. For guests from abroad we send an English speaking driver and tell him in advance which name to hold at arrivals.
